He has practiced for 35 years and Detroit Business lists him as an outstanding attorney in Southeast Michigan and is AV rated. He has served as a moderator for many ICLE programs in Estate Planning and Trusts and is a member of the Washtenaw Estate Planning Council. He has served as a board member for the Michigan Public School Retirement System; the Community Foundation of Plymouth has named his as their Chairman.
Mia has specialties in Family Law, and Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Consumer Bankruptcy. She has represented individuals as a court-appointed Probate attorney in Livingston County. She has an interest in Estate Planning for non-traditional families as well as couples in second- or more- marriages. She is also a member of the Washtenaw Estate Planning Counsel.
